CINE TRIOMPHE CLOSED. We all thought the capital of Haïti's 1st class movie complex since the earthquake of 2010 was a reality, but after less than 2 weeks of regular movie showings, a conflict broke out between the Minister of Culture of Haiti and the board running the complex.
